Hotel staff cannot or refuses to help with basic hotel requests and we will not be coming back. Boyfriend and I regularly visit Hilton hotels and I typically wait for him in lobby till he gets there...

Staff cant do basic normal requests

Stayed for four nights.  Service was excellent and the accommodations were very good.  We slept well and enjoyed our stay
