Dirty room and indifferent staff

At check in staff member was not very attentive and never offered water or a snack (Diamond HH member).
The room was clean enough. TV listed streaming options but did not work.

Its always challenging to arrive at a city late in the evening expecting the hotel shuttle to be running.  I called earlier in the day and asked if they had a shuttle and they said yes, it stops...

It was old, cold, and not clean. Unless you absolutely need a stove top, find another option.

 I'm certain most hotel managers cant make sure that housekeeping does their job but when there are...
