Centered the middle of our 5 story atrium, Bertrand’s is an unique as the wood used to finish it. All wood from the bar was harvested from one of the hotel owner’s, Dick Bertrand’s properties in Dodge, Dane and Vernon counties of Wisconsin. Revel in the beauty of the red elm and natural cherry trim as you enjoy a home town Leinenkugel with our Spotted Cow Beer Cheese Dip featuring pretzel bread and granny apples or a Wisconsin sausage and cheese plate.
Named in honor of our patriarch owner’s wife, Hanna, the restaurant features local Wisconsin favorites such as a Klement’s Brat or a Milwaukee Grinder. Our delicious menu has something to satisfy a wide variety of cravings.
