Every ingredient is sustainably sourced and meticulously prepared on-site, from the whole tuna fillets that are expertly carved to the wasabi roots that are freshly ground.

A curated selection of sparkling and traditional sake enhances the artistry and ambience that makes Koko far from just another Japanese-style restaurant.
