While the location of the Hilton is second to none, the room was heated to 22 degrees and even upon asking for it to be made lower we only got to 21.5 degrees.  Far too hot to sleep.

Great location but finishing touches need a bit of work.

This is a large hotel just over the Tyne bridge and overlooking the river, the hotel has parking although very expensive at £15 from 10pm on a Sunday night until 8 am on Monday morning.

Great service - facilities were poor

Busy hotel that felt very manufactured especially in the restaurant. 
Don’t bother booking Exec suite with balcony as you cannot use. Very noisy from traffic if facing bridge. Leisure facilities not...
