About The Legacy
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry in NYC, restaurateur Stathis Antonakopoulos founded Carnegie Hospitality in 2019. Today, the group operates multiple Carnegie Diner & Cafe locations, along with other restaurant concepts and catering operations.
