The staff at the hotel is the best. From Lisa & Dynette at the front desk to the entire restaurant staff. Everyone goes out of there way to make you feel welcome during your stay.

Old and dirty. 
Carpets though out are filthy, elevators filthy. 
Staff either rude or incompetent. 
Landscaping nothing but weeds.
