Just very unprofessional when it came to the girl at front desk she was rude and ghetto no type of customer service and all the rooms didn’t have wash cloths or towel I heard more guests complaining...

Loved this hotel: helpful valet parking,  right on the Boardwalk and beach with balcony overlooking the ocean; large, clean room, friendly service, excellent restaurant.  I would happily stay there...
