This class is a mindful practice of breath and movement. We gently “meet” the body and explore its possibilities through stretching and softening. We build strength with weight-bearing poses and explore endurance in standing poses.

An energizing and refreshing mat Pilates session designed to tone, strengthen, and reset- perfect for all fitness levels.

HITT
Challenge yourself with a fast paced and dynamic HIIT class designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength, and deliver a powerful full body workout.

Core & Restore
Core & Restore blends focused core-strengthening with soothing mobility work to leave you feeling strong, lengthened, and refreshed. The class moves through controlled exercises that stabilize the abs, back, and hips, then finishes with deep stretches and mindful breathing to release tension and improve flexibility.

Bodyweight Strength
Bodyweight Strength is an energizing outdoor session that uses your own body as resistance to develop lean strength, stability, and control. The class emphasizes functional movements—squats, lunges, pushes, and planks—with options for every fitness level. Instructors focus on practical movement patterns to improve everyday performance and boost confidence, leaving you feeling stronger and more capable in daily activities.
