Ready for a refresh ?

Terrible housekeeping. They didn't clean anything and didn't replenish everything. However, the other staff were nice and helpful. The suites are a good value for the area, and the food was excellent.

Terrible housekeeping but still a good hotel

Stayed here in May 2022.  It wasn't our first choice.  The Dolphin was booked so we chose this hotel as an alternative.  So glad we did! We had a room with a view on the 12th floor - 2 Queen size...
