Spa

Please notify us at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid being charged 100% of your service fee. Spa services are booked separately from hotel reservations and must be changed or canceled separately from a room reservation. A credit card or hotel confirmation number is required to hold your reservation at the time of booking your service.

Florida State Sales Tax and a 21% service charge will be automatically added to your service upon check out. 18% will be applied to your service provider as gratuity. 3% is kept by the spa to cover discretionary and administrative costs. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your spa appointment and 10 minutes prior to your salon appointment. Late arrivals could result in reduced service time or canceled completely. Cancellation policy applies.

Minimum age is 16 for all spa treatments. This applies to all spa days, spa breaks or utilization of the locker room facilities. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please speak to an eforea spa representative regarding select services designed for younger spa guests.

Upon arrival to eforea spa, we will provide you with a robe, towel and sandals and you will gain access to our spa facilities that include lockers, bathrooms, showers, steam room, lounge and treatment rooms. For eforea salon appointments, robes and access to the facilities will be provided upon request only. We recommend that you do not bring jewelry or other valuables. eforea spa will not be responsible for lost or stolen items or valuables. Cell phones are not permitted within the spa, and if brought in, we request that they be silenced or powered down and are put away for safe keeping in your locker.

Our team is delighted to assist you in purchasing the perfect gift. eforea spa gift vouchers can be ordered by telephone or in person.

The fitness center and the eforea spa are separate facilities. We ask that you check in at the eforea spa desk before accessing the fitness center, spa or salon. Access to the fitness center after hours can be obtained with your room key. Access fees may apply. eforea spa facilities are for spa guests only. Day passes are available to utilize eforea spa facilities (fees apply). You must be 18 or accompanied by someone 18 or older to use the fitness center. Flip flops or open-toed shoes are not permitted in the fitness center.

Non-hotel guests receiving spa service will enjoy complimentary self-parking. We will provide you with a validation card at check-in upon your request.
