Impeccably presented Japanese cuisine featuring the finest seasonal ingredients and tastes. Creation of the menu of kaiseki was overseen by consultant chef Takagi, who is famed for his restaurant being awarded 2-star rating. The kaiseki menu showcases traditional style dishes that are renowned throughout Japan and abroad. An excellent choice of superb locally brewed sake is served from the sake bar, while the sushi counter provides a “front row” view of our veteran master sushi chefs preparing delicacies for you from their discerning seafood selection.
