Serving bistro favourites, local specialities and classic French dishes, the ambience is both soothing and energising, in the vibrant 132-seat brasserie. With a bright and organic colour palette, Jolie welcomes guests with lush bamboo and fresh flowers at the entrance, before opening into an airy space that captures the spirit of a contemporary Japanese tea pavilion.
