At the teppan counter, Guided by the expertise of Chef Junichi Yoshida, the first Michelin-starred Teppanyaki chef, our culinary team brings his vision to life. Through his mentorship and ongoing collaboration, we honor his legacy of craftsmanship while presenting dishes that reflect both tradition and modern refinement.

At the sushi counter, Chef Kubota, trained at the world-renowned Sushi Saito and recipient of six consecutive Michelin stars as Head Chef in Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong, brings Edo-style tradition to life, blending classic techniques with global influences.

The restaurant’s serene, artisan-designed interiors feature delicate butterflies and birds, a sculptural arrangement of black stones symbolizing the moon’s gentle energy, and a warm wooden sushi bar. The outdoor terrace, reminiscent of a zen garden, offers sweeping city views.

Private rooms provide an intimate setting for celebrations or business dinners, complemented by discreet, bespoke service—ensuring every visit is exceptional.

From master sushi chefs to pastry and French chefs, they showcase their individual artistry through seasonal ingredients, presenting creative and refined courses available only on these two evenings.
