The Club

A culinary experience from New York to Paris reminding the splendor of Lina Astor's receptions: in the early 20th century, J.J Astor's mother was famous for organizing dinners for her elite club named "The 400" in New York. The Chef 's goal is to connect the "Sleep well and eat well" in order to feel well. The dishes will be cooked with organic and seasonal ingredients coming from local agriculture highlighting the local business model.
