Occupying the ground-floor, Condesa is a contemporary, polished 140-seat eatery, named after the vibrant neighborhood in Mexico City. Under the dedicated guidance of Chef Nick Kennedy, the menu highlights regionally-inspired dishes centered around Mexican heirloom corn tortillas, traditionally made with volcanic-stone ground masa and done entirely on-premise each day. The bar offerings focus on mezcal- and tequila-based cocktails. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be booked through Resy.com. Limited space is available for walk-ins. Our main bar seating is available on a first-come first-serve basis and the full dinner menu is available at the bar.

Condesa’s rooftop taqueria, El Techo, spans the 11th floor, offering Philadelphia skyline views thanks to its state-of-the-art, retractable glass roof that allows for year-round dining. Seating is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, please check-in with the Condesa host or an elevator host to have your IDs checked and get seated or added to the waitlist. El Techo is a 21+ venue, though those are 21 are allowed if accompanied by a parent.
