The rooms and service are amazing. It is beautiful here. We opened our patio door to listen to the beautiful birds sing. The pools are georgeous  and it is lush and green, with beautiful flowers too...

Staff attempted to enter our room 3 hours b4 checkout, didn’t give us a chance to say anything before opening the door

Room was clean and well furnished with nice amenities. Staff was nice and attentive.  We reserved a pool cabana due to no loungers available.  Cabanas could use better furniture, daybeds, loungers...
