Awful. Just awful. 
We got in late and usually we get some type of thank you for being diamond. The front desk was bland at best. 
The room was dirty and there was a Gatorade bottle half empty...

1)  We got there early and asked for early check they said "4PM is when you check in".  Fine I understand you cant always let folks check...

DO NOT STAY HERE.  RUDE RUDE and MORE RUDE and AWFUL SERVICE.  AC DID NOT WORK!!
