Very dated hotel...still can't believe Hilton has their name on this.  Multiple requests to front desk for promised roll away and refrigerator.  Elevators tiny, 2 of 3 out of order for 14 floor...

Awful experience

Nothing works here!  Broken elevators long waits for the two elevators that are running and then one of the two break down and people are stuck in it while the fire dept is called. Ice machines...
