CODEX
The name of our signature restaurant is inspired by the ancient Aztec book of herbs, ‘Codice’, and dinner itself is an immersive journey. Enjoy flavor profiles of the area woven through each course and regional Mexican culinary traditions reflected in each plate, creating an aromatic and enchanting modern cuisine. Open for dinner.
Mezquite
The flames that char and smoke that grills will deliver a delectable beachside cuisine of American and Mexican classics. Dine in the open-air restaurant or under the stars along the oceanfront. Open for dinner.
Arbol
Start your morning with classic regional Mexican dishes including chilaquiles, pozole, and tacos with tortillas made-to-order. Dinner brings Mexican menu choices inspired by the Riviera Nayarit region including paddle salad and braised short rib.
Paleta
Enjoy poolside fare at this family-friendly spot serving pizza, salads, poke bowls, ceviche, burgers, and traditional tacos. We have special seating for the kids. Open for lunch until late afternoon.
Bars and Lounges
Tuki
Often talked about as one of the most beautiful lobby lounges, Tuki is a gathering spot for afternoon stops and an evening of imbibing. Catch up with friends at the bar or relax into a pod for some quiet time with a full bar menu curated by our agave spirits experts. With craft cocktail in hand, the indigenous Huichol cultural art commissioned on display will keep you enlightened.

Open early for your locally roasted and freshly brewed coffee and espresso drinks with grab-and-go pastries and sandwiches through the afternoon, Colibri also sells bagged coffee, hats, beach bags, logo items, and sundries.
Private Experiences
Zarandeado Beach Barbecue
Conrad Punta de Mita throws a private beach party just for you to experience the cultural food traditions of the Nayarit region. Get your camera ready, as the fishermen arrive with the surf by noon and their catch of the day directly from the local fishing village of La Cruz Huanacaxtle. Our Executive Chef welcomes the fishermen and their bounty, while explaining plans for the grill that will be enjoyed by all. Then it’s showtime, and the chef’s expertise is on display for all to see and taste, and this is the name of the game – zarandeado means ‘to move,’ in this case cook the fish by turning it over on the grill. You will experience the freshest seafood and ingredients as you savor a cold drink and ceviche from the catch, and interact with the chef as lunch is prepared from sea to table.

Agave Tasting
Journey through Mexico with our host mixologist and agave expert on a discovery of agave spirits including Sotol, Mezcal, Raicilla, and Tequila. Learn the history, regions, and flavor profiles of six unique spirits that are selected with you in our Agave Studio based on your flavor preferences. The tastings are paired with Mexican antojitos orchestrated by our Executive Chef.
