Additional Policies
Pool & Beach Policy
Beach and pool venues are private for hotel guests, members, and paying day-pass guests until 5 pm. Outside guests are welcome to visit our restaurants and bars after 5 pm.
Swimming Pool Usage Policy
Swimming pools are open from sunrise to sunset. Children under 16 must be supervised by a parent or adult guardian at all times. Use villa pools at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Family/Child Policy
Complimentary accommodation and dining are provided for children under 6 years old when they are booked on the same meal plan as their parents. This offer is valid only in the all-day dining restaurant, The Kitchen.
Children between 6 and 12 years old will receive a 50% discount on dining in The Kitchen when booked on the same meal plan as their parents.
Children above 12 years old will be treated as adults when dining, in accordance with the hotel’s policy.
Meal Plans
For guests on the Half-board or Full-board meal plans, meals are served in the buffet restaurant, The Kitchen. However, if guests prefer to dine à la carte at any of the resort’s other restaurants, they can utilize a credit of AED 70 per adult and AED 35 per child (aged 1-12 years old).
The Half-board and Full-board packages cover food expenses only. Any beverages or water consumed will be subject to an additional charge.
Guests on the All-Inclusive package can enjoy meals at the buffet restaurant, The Kitchen. Additionally, they have the option to dine à la carte at other resort restaurants using a credit of AED 70 per adult and AED 35 per child (aged 1-12 years old). Selected beverages are included at all resort restaurants and bars.
Dog-Friendly Room Policy
We welcome dogs up to 30 kilograms with an up-to-date passport and vaccine booklet. An AED 500 deposit is required at check-in. Pets must be leashed at all times and accompanied by an adult when outside the room. Pets are not permitted in hotel common areas, dining outlets, or pool areas apart from Sand Bar. Guests are expected to pick up after their pets and will be held responsible for any damages, disturbances, or injuries caused by them. Pet relief areas and complimentary disposal items are available around the hotel. The dog rooms are only allowed in two room categories: King Dog Friendly Room and Queen Dog Friendly Room.
