Sorrento & Beyond
We are surrounded by the natural beauty of Southern Italy – home to historical landmarks and a wonderful summer climate. With a prime location close to picturesque spots such as the Amalfi Coast, Mount Vesuvius, Capri, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Pompeii, and the Royal Palace of Caserta, there’s plenty to see and do nearby. Our hotel is a 15-minute walk from the historical and cultural attractions of Sorrento Town. Ask our concierge about local tours, events, and hidden gems.
Stroll through the quaint cobbled streets of Sorrento, watch yachts leave the marina, or immerse yourself in local art and history. Discover master craftsmen making traditional leather goods, woodwork, soaps, sweets, and more.
Pompeii & Herculaneum
The famous ruins of Pompeii are remains of a Roman settlement that was buried when Mount Vesuvius erupted in 79AD. Herculaneum is a must-see attraction featuring a Museum of Virtual Archaeology, which digitally reconstructs the destroyed town.
The Amalfi Coast
Take a leisurely drive along the beautiful coastline from Sorrento to Ravello to Positano for dramatic mountains and cliffs, picturesque towns and romantic views. Secluded restaurants along the coast serve fresh, local dishes with authentic flavours of the region.
Located off the tip of the Sorrentine Peninsula, the island of Capri is a prestigious destination with striking natural beauty and an array of high-end shops, designer boutiques, and fine dining eateries. Sail across azure waters on the year-round ferry connection.
Naples is the perfect day-trip destination, with ferries running from Sorrento year-round. This vibrant city boasts historical architecture and world-class shopping. As the ancestral home of the stone-baked pizza, a trip to Naples is only complete when you’ve had a slice.
Known for its catastrophic volcanic eruption, Mount Vesuvius casts an imposing silhouette against the skyline. Take a bus tour up the volcano and step out to panoramic views. Enjoy a guided tour of the preserved Roman settlements along the way.
