The lobby and check in staff were nice. That’s about it. The room we got was old and parts were very dirty. The ceiling was cracking. Very thin walls. We could hear guests in the hall late at night...

This hotel is in a good location next to Randolph AFB but to much construction is going on. Also, I requested my room to be cleaned and that never happened. The front desk staff was not very friendly...
