Overall my experience was overall subpar. I would’ve gotten a better experience (and probably a cheaper bill) by staying at a Holiday Inn.

Pros Hotel itself overall is amazing. Staff is awesome, location is even better. They do offer luggage storage so if your flight is way after check out you don’t have to lug bags around the River...

Couple things to know before you go.

We always enjoy our stay at the Palacio.  Walter was our valet/ concierge and he took nice care of us by getting us settled into our rooms and carrying our bags.  Alma and Christian at the front desk...
