The Good:  PILLOWS!!!!  Best hotel pillows ever.  Location.  Great location with easy access to most everything.  The Bad:  Room was filthy.  Inch of dust on all surfaces, dust bunnies in the corners...

Dropping off the car was slow at the valet. If you're there as a couple have one jump out and check in while the other waits for valet. 

Check in was quick and very friendly. 

One elevator was out...

Good but not worth the price

As a Hi.ton Diamond member I have stayed in hotels from Moscow to Australia and all over the USA. I have never been treated with as much disdain or disrespect as at this hotel.
