Housekeeping: Tailored To Your Comfort
Stayover housekeeping service is complimentary and available upon request during your stay. Simply contact the front desk at any time to request extra towels and amenities or to schedule a room cleaning. For stays of four (4) nights or more, we will provide full cleaning every fourth night/fifth day for all guests.
We accept cash payments. Total payment of room, tax, and estimated incidentals is due at time of check-in. Otherwise, a credit/debit card is required to check in and will be authorized for payment—room, tax, and an estimate of incidental charges—until a cash payment is made at time of check-out. While we accept debit cards for payment, we encourage guests to use credit cards instead due to the delay many banks have in releasing authorizations from debit cards.
A deposit of $50.00 is required for cleaning and deodorizing your room after your departure. If the pet is allowed to damage or dirty the room, additional charges will apply. Pets may not be left in the room unattended as this can disturb other guests and make your room unavailable for housekeeping and engineering services. A free pet waste station is provided for your convenience on the north side of the hotel.
