Reservations booked within 48 hours of arrival are subject to our cancellation policy. Should a guest attempt to cancel the reservation within 48 hours of their arrival, they will be charged a cancellation fee.
We ask that you follow all local guidelines and laws with respect to practicing social distancing and wearing a mask in public areas. Please check with local public health and government authorities regarding guidelines or requirements that may be in place for the location of your stay.
Housekeeping: Tailored to your comfort
Stayover housekeeping service is available upon request during your stay. Simply contact the front desk at any time to request extra towels and amenities or to schedule a room cleaning. For stays of four (4) nights or more, we will provide full cleaning every fourth night/fifth day for all guests.
Valid credit cards must be used to reserve a stay. We will authorize the credit card on file before you arrive. Upon check-in, you must present the valid credit card and photo ID. Funds for the full anticipated stay amount, including incidentals, will be held on your debit/credit card. Such funds will not be released for 72 hours from check-out date or longer, at the discretion of your financial institution. Prepaid cards are not valid.
