Our chefs collaborate with a local vertical farm to introduce 14 varieties of Asian greens, including mesclun lettuce, mustard greens, and microgreens, diversifying our menus and ensuring year-round availability of fresh produce.

To minimize our environmental impact, we have converted over 162,453kg of food waste into grey water since implementing our food waste digester in January 2023.

In our efforts to minimize single-use plastics, we provide the option to use Digital Key or opt for reusable wooden key cards. Within the rooms, water is provided in sustainable, recyclable packaging and guests can enjoy full-sized bath amenities from Byredo, alongside toiletries packaged in biodegradable materials.
