Where time distills into a legacy of refined flavors, our cornerstone rickhouse program has been aging the finest cocktails. The rickhouse showcases a collection of Manhattan’s signature single-cask cocktails in oak barrels, from the namesake Barrel-Aged Manhattan to the Solera-Aged Negroni.
Seasons of Manhattan
Manhattan Bar presents Seasons of Manhattan, a cocktail menu inspired by New York’s ever-changing rhythm across Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.
Spanning thirty-one creations, each drink reflects the city’s climate, culture, and defining moments. From barrel-aged classics to seasonal signatures, this is New York in every sip — vibrant, layered, and evolving.

As the city slips into a spirited glow, raise a glass and savor the moment. On weekdays, from 5 pm – 7 pm, enjoy your favorite cocktail alongside complimentary crisp fried chicken and golden fries.
Thursday Night Live
Manhattan presents New York’s electric late night music culture. Live music and guest sets across jazz, soul and contemporary sounds, drawn from the city’s golden age.

The Rockefeller Room is a private event space for discerning individuals. The decor is reminiscent of the Roaring ‘20s, with ornate wallpaper and plush blue suede. A backlit wall of aged Negroni bottles illuminates the room.
