The 13-seater contemporary Japanese restaurant is a creative collaboration between “The Boss” Emmanuel Stroobant and “The Underboss” Kazumine Nishida. The Two Michelin-starred Chefs of Saint Pierre and Shoukouwa Sushi Restaurant handpick a team of maverick chefs to take the reins of the 13-seater modern dining destination. Each course features seasonal ingredients of the highest standard that are ingeniously reimagined for avant-garde palates.
