Nikkei Cuisine

Robata is a Japanese grilling technique ubiquitous in Nikkei cuisine. Binchotan charcoal provides the smoky and umami-filled fuel for the Japanese robata grill, a perfect tool for yakitori, teppanyaki or other skewered bites.

Enjoy a curated music program from live DJ sets to guitars and keys – featuring local artists and special guests. Friday live DJ sets are from 8 p.m. to midnight. Saturday live band sets are from 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.
