Spa Policies

• Please plan to be ready twenty minutes prior to your appointment; a late arrival will deprive you of your full treatment time.
• We provide a locker with a robe and slippers for all spa treatments. We suggest you refrain from wearing jewelry as we regret we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.
• Please let your spa technician know if you have any special physical or medical conditions or considerations.
• Spa and Fitness Center guests must be at least 18 years old. Minors 16 and over may use Fitness Center if accompanied by a parent. Minors 13 and over may receive specific Spa treatments if accompanied by a parent.
• It is required in Mexico to charge a 16% VAT (value-added tax) on all services plus it is customary to add a 15% service charge. Prices are in U.S. Dollars per person.
