Evening meals at Talavera add contemporary flair to time-honored recipes, such as tacos with house-made tortillas and grilled meat brightened by traditional salsas and mole. Our famous seafood molcajete, dramatically flambéed tableside, is a showstopper. Baja-sourced wines, hand-shaken cocktails, and a list of 100+ agave spirits keep the atmosphere lively.
