Talavera

Perched above the resort with spectacular of the pool and the sea beyond, Talavera blends local heritage with modern technique. In the open kitchen, our chefs prepare dishes from all seven regions of Mexico, using ingredients sourced from nearby farms and fisheries. Water features, hand-blown luminaria, and indoor-outdoor seating combine for a rustic and stylish ambience.

In the morning, join us for a bountiful buffet of Mexican and global dishes to fuel your day: fresh-baked pastries, tropical fruits, eggs, and other hot dishes, enlivened by a range of house-made salsas. Or choose from our menu of à la carte favorites.

Dinner

Evening meals at Talavera add contemporary flair to time-honored recipes, such as tacos with house-made tortillas and grilled meat brightened by traditional salsas and mole. Our famous seafood molcajete, dramatically flambéed tableside, is a showstopper. Baja-sourced wines, hand-shaken cocktails, and a list of 100+ agave spirits keep the atmosphere lively.
