The lounge at our vibrant beach club offers a wide range of refreshing drinks crafted by skilled mixologists, a fresh, local tapas-style menu to fuel the fun, and an energetic atmosphere.

An exclusive private 5-course dinner with wine and tequila pairings is now available in the new La Biblioteca tasting room. Guided by an expert in agave spirits and wine, enjoy a lavish curated evening of Mexico’s regional foods and beverages.

Los Arcos Roasting Co, sets up in the lobby daily to offer Mexican roasted coffees, grab-and-go luxe sandwiches and paninis, and delicacies from the panaderia and chocolateria menus. Start the day with an espresso and croissant, or take a sandwich to the beach and return for a chocolate truffle, cookie or macaroon. The bites are made in-house by our talented team of chefs, with coffees pulled by skilled baristas. Los Arcos will become a favorite stop throughout the day.

You don’t have to cross the Pacific for shore-fresh sushi— just make your way to the edge of the family infinity pool, where you’ll find Mio sushi and raw bar. Casual yet delicious, and featuring a swim-up bar with an array of cocktails to go with hand-crafted rolls, it’s the perfect spot for a poolside pick-me-up.

The perfect introduction to both the elegance of Hilton Los Cabos and to Mexican culture itself, Sotol, our tequileria, offers top-shelf margaritas, the perfect antojitos, and the “Agave Bible”— with tasting notes and additional guidance on our 200+ beautifully displayed agave spirits.

At Talavera, an open kitchen brings everyone into the action as dishes are crafted from scratch with ingredients supplied by local farmers, fishermen, and purveyors. With cuisine representing the best of all seven regions of Mexico, along with Baja wines, hand-muddled cocktails, and an ambitious list of 100+ agave spirits, this stylish and lively spot reinforces the sense of place guests find throughout Hilton Los Cabos. Talavera is an experience that blends tradition and today, a place where authentic regional fare is served with dramatic and contemporary flair.

Vela’s refined regional Italian cuisine commingles with fresh Mexican ingredients. Local culture and history have inspired and influenced dishes at this new upscale 114-seat dining venue. Vela serves dinner al fresco alongside the resort’s infinity pool, as well as indoors.

Beautiful hotel but nothing special for this area.

If you get room 3070…..run! Horrible room, they should not even be giving it to guests. I travel all over and will never come back to this hotel again. There are so many better hotels in the area...
