Delight in hacienda-style dining at Don Manuel’s, the signature restaurant at the Pedregal Resort. An expression of Executive Chef Gustavo Pinet’s culinary expertise, the eclectic menu changes seasonally to feature only the freshest ingredients sourced locally from Los Cabos, regionally within Mexico, and beyond.

Fresh fish specialties are served in an alfresco setting suspended over the ocean.  This destination seafood venue features an “ocean-to-table” menu enabling guests to choose from fresh fish of the surrounding waters.
