Agave Study at Peacock Alley
Multi-sensorial tastings pair handmade spirits and local delicacies in a singular, culturally rich experience centered around the craftsmanship of agave spirits native to Mexico. Explore agave spirits from tequila in Jalisco to mezcal in Oaxaca, and every plant in the lands between. Here, the focus is on provenance and ancient traditions that pay homage to Mexico, the land, and its purveyors and guardians.
