Guest Chef Gustavo Pinet and Head Mixologist David Hernandez of Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal join Executive Chef Stuart Roger for a fire-led dinner with cocktail pairings on Saturday, June 20 and a poolside lunch on Sunday, June 21. The Solstice Dinner ends with fire dancers at 9 pm.
