Kitchencraft
Kitchencraft is an engaging all day dining venue where family and friends can gather and be immersed in the culinary experience, seeing and experiencing the action in our multiple show kitchens firsthand and feel like they are dining in the workshop of the kitchen, with live cooking experiences in a contemporary setting. Offering a sampling of the best local and western dishes utilizing only the freshest local produce, delicious dishes are prepared a la minute to guest's needs. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner the focus is on "East meets West" cuisine, whether it be a light snack, high tea or connecting at a business lunch or dinner.
Lobby Lounge
Lobby Lounge is located at the center of the action near the bustling lobby/entrance area at Hilton Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. The perfect place to people watch as guests come and go to the Shenzhen World Exhibition Center throughout the day and night. Enjoy high tea with friends, after event drinks with colleagues or delicious cafe style dining throughout the day. After a long daily, relax with one of our creative cocktails while snacking on fresh bar appetizers and listening to live, contemporary music.
Nodu
Inspired by traditional noodle houses, NoDu is modern and unpretentious exuding a neighbourhood vibe. Enjoy a selection of homemade noodles and dumplings, which are prepared right before your eyes at our ‘bowl-like’ noodle-making station. If you crave a quick steaming bowl of noodles but don’t want to be seated in the main dining hall, our alley dining area is bursting with character and theatrical flair. Stop by NoDu and witness how a humble ingredient is elevated and creatively plated.
Qing Ya
A bronze sculpture of Pen Zai tree – a symbol of culture, prestige and honor – welcomes you to Qingya, our fine dining Chinese restaurant. Inspired by the mastery of the four arts – the zither, painting, calligraphy and the game of Wei Qi – Qingya boasts unique design, authentic ambience and traditional yet creative dishes made with the freshest local produce. Our elegant tea counter is the main dining area’s stunning focal point inviting you to witness the delicate art of tea brewing.
