Monday through Sunday 7 am through 9 pm
Garner, where modern cooking styles and traditional techniques come together in a carefree beach atmosphere. The restaurant's central focus is the live cooking station where guests can watch our chefs prepare a delicate demi-glace or sauces and marinades made from scratch. Garner offers Polish as well international cuisine and a children's menu.
Polonaise Restaurant
Monday through Sunday 5 pm through 11 pm
Indulge in the aromas of exceptional and forgotten authentic dishes. Guests will enjoy delicacies like capon with anchovies, beef à la mode and numerous other dishes known mainly from old stories. Feel at home with wine connoisseurs and a menu that includes Poland’s best culinary traditions but with a modern twist. The Polonaise offers 60 seating places and a VIP zone for up to 20 persons.
