To start with, the reservations were well taken care of and quick in responses. 
We arrive from Yuzawa; Tokyo Station and took the JR line to Maihama.

Definitely for family fantasy moments

Chose to stay here during our short city break because of the proximity to Disneyland. As a result it’s about 45mins out from the main Tokyo areas, but don’t be put off - the hotel provides free...

Super clean and modern with lots of dining options, an on-site convenience store and Disney merch shop.  Very convenient to the parks. Highly recommend.

Disappointed that the hotel is advertised as an "official Disney hotel." It is NOT a Disney hotel. We did not get an early "happy" entry to the parks. Was not allowed to use the DisneySea Fantasy...

Such a beautiful hotel, we had the best stay coming as a family of three with our 5 year old to head to Tokyo Disney. The location is nice and close to the parks while being affordable, the breakfast...
