To reduce plastic usage and promote sustainability, we have introduced water pitchers in guest rooms, eliminating the use of plastic water bottles. We also collect and recycle in-room amenities, like soaps and shampoo, and offer on-demand housekeeping.

Hilton Tokyo Bay is committed to supporting children and families, and participates in several charitable programs, including the Christmas Train and Playground of Hope. We also partner with local culinary schools to host a Children’s Cafeteria, which addresses health and poverty among local children.

We offer a range of sustainable options, including carbon-neutral meetings that significantly reduce carbon emissions and protect the environment.

As part of our Carbon Neutral Meeting program, Hilton calculates the greenhouse gas emissions generated from banquets (excluding weddings), conferences, and meetings, and offsets them by purchasing domestic carbon credits to neutralize the impact. A carbon-neutral meeting certificate will be issued after the meeting or event.
