Iris Farm
Iris FarmProject Iris is the soul of our sustainability efforts, allowing us to create a chemical-free, thriving ecosystem by converting food scraps into nutrient-rich soil. Our working farm produces over 3,000 kg of fresh fruit and vegetables every month, supplies up to 70% of the resorts kitchen produce, and 100% of the eggs used in our main restaurant.
Guests are invited to tour the farm and participate in our sustainability efforts through workshops and activities, including kombucha making, coffee roasting, DIY scrub making, and even harvesting local ingredients for your own meal.
Open Daily: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Farm-to-Table
We began with a goal to create a coffee shop with a garden for guests to enjoy their coffee in. The idea evolved into a farm that provides 70% of all ingredients used on our property and interactive experiences for our guests including coffee roasting, kombucha making, and a tea sensory workshop.
Farm-to-Wellness
Many of our spa treatments use natural ingredients from our on-site organic garden. The on-site garden creates a unique opportunity for guests to enjoy hands-on wellness experiences and workshops including a Thai Herbal Compress Workshop, DIY Body Scrub, Relaxing Bath Tea Bag and more.
Workshops
Discover nine different hands-on workshops using ingredients from Iris Farm, including coffee roasting, DIY body scrub making, and more.

Sustainable Farm Design
Sustainable Farm DesignOur goal is to create a self-sustaining economy on the farm by repurposing waste. We recycle 100% of the organic food waste from our restaurants and produce 2,500 kg of compost per month, converting waste into nutrient-rich soil and reducing our dependence on synthetic fertilizers.
Our Crops
We cultivate a diverse range of vegetables, fruits, and herbs, including six varieties of chilis, banana, papaya, cacao, and specialty crops like coffee, kaffir lime, and Thai basil.
