“No Party” Policy

For the comfort of all our guests, no parties are allowed at our hotel A “party” is defined as a group of people in any guest room or suite above the occupancy limit, and/or the presence of party paraphernalia, including balloons. Registered guests who are found in violation of this policy will be charged a $250 penalty, and may be removed from the hotel without a refund for their reservation.

Bitcoin Payment Policy

Bitcoin cards are not accepted at check-in. They may be used at checkout. In addition, the incidental fee is set to $100. This will be charged to the card of choice at check-in in addition to the room and tax.

Face Coverings

We ask that you follow all local guidelines and laws with respect to practicing social distancing and wearing a mask in public areas. Please check with local public health and government authorities regarding guidelines or requirements that may be in place for the location of your stay.

Housekeeping Policy

Guest rooms will be cleaned on a daily basis. If you prefer to delay housekeeping, simply place your “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of your door.

Housekeeping: Tailored To Your Comfort

Stayover housekeeping service is complimentary and available upon request during your stay. Simply contact the front desk at any time to request extra towels and amenities or to schedule a room cleaning. For stays of four (4) nights or more, we will provide full cleaning every fourth night/fifth day for all guests.

Incidentals Policy

At check-in, a bank-issued credit or debit card is required to place an incidentals hold of $100 per stay. This is to cover any incidental and possible damages during the stay. Cash and Bit-Coin cards (Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, etc.) are not accepted for this hold, but can be used for other charges at check-out. Provided no funds are used, the hold will be released at check-out, which depending on your financial institution’s procedures can take up to 30 days to release.
