Air Lobby Lounge
Treat yourself to a refined afternoon of tea and cakes in the Air lobby lounge and bar. Be spoiled for choice with an extensive range of teas, specialty coffees, fresh pastries and sweets. With a variety of seating options and indoor and outdoor areas, Air offers fantastic views of the Yanxi Lake and is open for lunch and dinner.
ChinaChops
The relaxed Chinachops restaurant at the Hilton Wuhan Optics Valley hotel offers a modern interpretation of traditional Chinese stalls; each featuring a signature food item. The ‘individual pod’ layout of the restaurant has been designed to resemble a small Chinese Village, adding to the unique dining experience. Chinachops is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Cucina Italian Restaurant
Monday through Sunday 5:30 pm through 10:00 pm
Enjoy unpretentious, Italian ‘country-style’ cooking, in Cucina at the Hilton Wuhan Optics Valley hotel. The restaurant features a welcoming feature fireplace, an outdoor area with wonderful lake views and a relaxed, communal setting that encourages guests to engage in warm conversation and interaction with one another as they enjoy generous servings from the pizza oven, grill and rotisserie. Cucina also features a separate bar counter with dining level seats at the front counter.
El Valle
Monday through Sunday 5:30 pm through 12:00 am
Meaning “the valley” in Spanish, El Valle at the Hilton Wuhan Optics Valley hotel is a lively destination bar and lounge, featuring a beautiful outdoor terrace. Meet with friends to enjoy the colorful atmosphere, premium drinks and a tempting array of small food platters.
Yuxi
Showcasing the finest Chinese cuisine, Yuxi sets the standard for taste and presentation. Savor Cantonese and Hubei specialties prepared using traditional cooking techniques, including the delicious Beggar’s Chicken.
