Operating as a private club concept, 1387 will target Xiamen's local entrepreneurs, top ranking businessmen and high society. Our experienced bartenders will serve a wide variety of classic cocktails, fine wines, rare single malt whisky and aged cognac, amidst beautiful and lyrical light music in a rich comfortable setting.

Breakfast at Brasserie ONE will feature a signature Waldorf Astoria east meets west buffet complimented by a luxurious limited selection a la carte menu featuring Eggs Benedict, Omelets, Belgian Waffles and local inspirations such as handmade Dim Sum and noodles.
Lunch and dinner are an experience of refined and elegant gastronomy with a touch of home. Brasserie ONE's unique dining experience is reflected in exquisite and unique dishes in a European/French style with high-end seafood & beef as main courses. The Chef's Table
The Chef's Table is Waldorf Astoria’s ultra-exclusive Chefs’ Table experience delivering the delicate, refined and subtle flavors of Teochew cuisine that has come to define the finest culinary experiences routed in Fujian province. The cuisine is known for its fresh seafood and local ingredients with wholesome preparation methods requiring the utmost skill and attention to detail to bring this authentic experience to the table. A fine dining experience with customized menus according to each guests preferences will be featured requiring advance bookings. Complementing the food will be the finest of wines and champagnes from the cellar that will be carefully paired with each unique menu.
Located on level five The Chef's Table offers an elegant and dramatic venue for diners of up to 12 people who will immerse themselves in a culinary experience with the Chef preparing from the show kitchen every course direct to the table.
