Planned the trip to Gatineau and since we are Hilton members, this was perfect. Made a dinner reservation at Arome, months in advance, one week prior to arriving received a call the staff was on...

Stay away!

We have stayed there a few times (most recent visits were; in December 2022 and April 2023). We like to patronize the Casino and contribute to the approximately $250 million dollars the government...

Dreadful customer service, dated beds, ok food, horrible front office manager. If you are not white don't stay there.
