Housekeeping your way
Housekeeping tailored for your comfort. Guests visiting our hotels in some regions, as well as guests at all Waldorf Astoria, LXR and Conrad hotels, will receive daily housekeeping. In the Americas, most properties have implemented a flexible housekeeping policy with daily services available upon request.
We ask that you follow all local guidelines and laws with respect to wearing a mask in public areas. Please check with regional health and government authorities about specific policies that may be in place at the location of your stay. We realize plans change sometimes, most reservations can be adjusted or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
We’ve taken additional measures beyond our industry-leading cleaning standards by partnering with Reckitt*, maker of Lysol & Dettol, to develop our Hilton CleanStay program. This innovative program builds upon our already rigorous cleaning standards by providing enhanced training for Team Members and increased cleaning of public areas to ensure you enjoy a worry-free stay.
