Payment for Hilton reservations

You are required to provide a credit or debit card number as a guarantee when making a Hilton booking.
Your credit or debit card is only charged at the time of booking in the following situations:

• Advance Purchase bookings
• Bookings that require a deposit
• Bookings cancelled after the cancellation deadline
  • Your credit or debit card will not be charged if your booking is cancelled within the cancellation period

While you can use any credit or debit card to make a booking, the card used for the payment must match the name on the booking (e.g., you cannot use your card to pay for another guest’s stay).

Additional payment options
You can pay for your stay at all hotels, online and via Hilton reservations, with:

• Hilton Honors Points
• Major credit or debit cards

Once you have checked in, you can also use the following to pay for your room:

• Be My Guest certificates
  • Be My Guest certificates cannot be used at Small Luxury Hotels (SLH) properties.

In addition to these forms of payment, hotels in China accept WeChat and AliPay.
