Dining and Drinks

The hotel is home to the destination’s only fine dining restaurant inside a lava tunnel located 70 ft. underground. This new culinary journey begins at Muttini with a guided tour through the lava tunnel and finishes at the volcanic vault with dinner inspired by the homegrown culture and ingredients. The restaurant can be open only with a reservation and payment in advance (for dinner).

It is located inside of the Highlands Cafe. The Highlands Bar offers its guests a unique and unforgettable signature cocktails and wine experience. With a magical blend of carefully studied details in a dream setting.
The terrace overlooking the gardens and pool area is a must visit place.

International and local cuisine featuring a variety of Galapaguenian delicious recipes with fresh ingredients from our own in house farm and exquisite catch of the day fish.
