Hua Yuan offers Shanghainese cuisine revisited in a modern way. The casual yet upscale restaurant serves authentic Shanghainese favorites that are complementary, daring and creatively presented. Among the standout dishes are dumplings including Xiao Long Bao, Hanging Roasted Duck, Red Braised Pork, and seafood such as Hairy Crab and Crayfish. For exclusive affairs, the restaurant has three private dining rooms that can fit from 10 to as much as 12 people.
